Description

This research used a technique called Rutherford Backscattering Spectrometry (RBS) to analyze samples for surface composition, structure, and depth profile. This video contains some of the research conducted over the past few months including energy spectra and depth profile graphs of samples with elements such as Al, Zn, N, and C deposited on a Na substrate.
