Description

Window was dedicated on November 26, 1939. It consists of 1500 and 1700 pieces of glass. Christ is flanked by St. Peter (standing) and St. John (kneeling) in the left lancet and St. James in the right lancet. The work is dedicated to the memory of Rev. Canon Charles Wilkinson Hedley, the first rector of the church. Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND IN LOVING MEMORY OF (left lancet), CHARLES WILKINSON / HEDLEY / BORN 8 DEC. 1865 / DIED 29 MAY 1938 (center lancet), FIRST RECTOR OF THIS / PARISH / 6 JUNE 1921 / 30 JUNE 1936 (right lancet).
