The window was dedicated on May 26, 1963, although records show it was completed by Williams’ studio with Gustav Weisman in 1954. Inscription: TO THE GLORY OF GOD / ROBERT VICTOR / WHITE HOUSE/ IN MEMORY OF A LOVING HUSBAND. Location: North Nave Wall, 1st window (east to west). Lead Investigator and Photograph: C.
