This research in progress aims to systematically review and analyze the key determinants influencing homecare use among older adults, with a focus on factors such as socioeconomic status, social isolation, gender, and health conditions. The purpose is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how these factors shape homecare utilization, helping to inform healthcare policies and interventions that promote equitable access to homecare services for aging populations.
