Description
This research explores how AI and digital technologies are transforming the work of mental health care professionals, revealing a dual impact of innovation and risk. Using a mixed-methods approach with qualitative analysis in NVivo and quantitative data in spreadsheets, the study highlights how AI enhances efficiency, broadens access, and supports decision-making while simultaneously introducing challenges like technostress, ethical dilemmas, and concerns about diminishing the human connection in care. Balancing these benefits and risks is essential to ensure that technological advancements empower rather than hinder the future of mental health care.
