Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has upended the lives of many people around the world, including undergraduate students. In addition to the physical health risks posed by the virus itself, mental and emotional well-being are also being affected by the ongoing pandemic. For example, rising levels of stress, anxiety, and information overload are matters of great concern. This study gave undergraduate students at Western University the opportunity to reflect on their experiences managing information-related stress during the pandemic to help explore strategies for alleviating some of this stress.
My project aims to add to the conversation of information overload by providing a personal experience of an international student at Western University during the pandemic.
