This report is an overview of the key findings of the Developer Satisfaction Survey which was conducted in partnership with the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) and Western University. The mission of IGDA is to support and empower game developers around the world and improve the game industry as a whole.
The report assesses topics such as demographics, employee profiles, equity, diversity and inclusion. The findings of the report are important to understand the industry trends, acknowledge the areas of weakness and in order to take steps to make improvements for all game developers.
