Description
Many witnesses of tornado recounted how especially terrifying the storm and tornado was. Hail up to golf ball size was recorded as falling near the tornado. A number of properties impacted had also been struck by the May 31,1985 tornadoes. Some people described narrowly escaping death by sheltering just as the tornado struck. Fortunately, only 3 minor injuries occurred.
