Description

Part of the “Alma family of tornadoes” on May 31/85. Witnesses described seeing funnel clouds and black skies before taking shelter. A 75m wide swath of maple bush was flattened west of Ida. High-end F2 or some F3 damage occurred to buildings in the area. Spotty damage occurred along the easterly potion of the track.
