Witnesses recalled hearing a roaring sound, a window broke and the power went out. Noted as a sudden storm. (5 mins) Indications of a tornado were seen as a steel framed windmill was twisted. Lucknow, (36km to the SE) had just received possible tornado damage by the same storm just minutes before.
