Description
A strong early morning tornado touched down just southeast of Merlin and tracked southeast toward the shore of Lake Erie, of which it dissipated over. Three buildings were damaged or destroyed by the tornado as it tracked over the rural farming community. No funnel mentioned in notes but early risers may have witnessed it. (notes seem to indicate that)
