Converging clouds and subsequent tornado sighted SW of CFB Trenton over the Bay of Quinte. The tornado passed over the base and adjacent properties. First of 2 tornadoes to touch down in southeastern Ontario on the afternoon of October 29th, a somewhat rare tornado for the time of year.
