Probable F2 destructive and very late season tornado. Weather log: “The wind blew a hurricane starting about 6 P.M. on the 29th blowing down barns and greenhouse, trees and wires all through the section, the worst known to this part of the country.” Temperature for the day: High 54F(12.2C), Low 29F(-1.6C) likely warm front nosed in. “Cloudy. Wind S.E. to S.W. Rain night and forenoon* Hurricane” *(should be afternoon?)
