Description
The Canadian Red Ensign was the civil ensign and nautical flag of Canada from 1892-1965. The flag consists of the Union Jack and a coat of arms. The emblems on the arms show England, Scotland, Ireland, and France (four European founding countries of Canada) along with the oak leaves at the bottom of the blazon. Location: Interior transom.
