Description

Depicts the white settlers celebrating first Communion and Ordination of St. Paul’s church in Nova Scotia in 1750. This is one year after the European establishment of Halifax. St. Paul’s is the oldest Anglican Church in Canada. The first Anglican service was in 1710 in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia. Signed YVONNE WILLIAMS / WITH JOHN GREENE 1949.
