Abstract
Dr. Ingrid Johnsrude is a Professor in the Department of Psychology, and the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Through her research, she is investigating the neural basis of hearing and the factors involved in perception and anticipation of upcoming speech, using various neuroimaging techniques. Dr. Johnsrude was interviewed for her professional and personal insights regarding the world of scientific research by Youngkyung Jung, a member of the Academic Affairs Committee, WURJHNS.
