Abstract
Western Libraries' Open Access Standing Committee recently revised our OA membership selection criteria with the aim of establishing a values based framework for OA assessment. This session describes how we retrospectively applied these criteria to existing OA investments, and how reflecting on the outcomes have helped us to reframe our approach to future decisions.
