Description

Many species of wildlife are believed to use the earths geomagnetic field to assist in navigation during migration. In this Lightning Talk, I will introduce a new tool we are developing to enable scientists to combine satellite-based measurements of the earths geomagnetic field with animal tracking data to answer new and exciting questions in movement ecology.
