Volume 6, Issue 3 (2016)
The final issue of Volume 6 marks the culmination of an exciting year for the Western Journal of Legal Studies. We have surpassed 40,000 downloads and, with the publication of Issue 3, produced 14 articles authored by students, professors, and practitioners. I am proud to note that Issue 3 features the Remarks of The Right Honourable Beverley McLachlin, PC Chief Justice Of Canada delivered at the 2016 Pensa Lecture on Human Rights in London, Ontario, on March 31 2016. In addition, Issue 3 features articles by two Western Law graduates, Rozmin Mediratta and Denise Brunsdon, who is the former Editor-in-Chief of the WJLS. Our final Issue also features Osgoode Hall graduate Mark Friedman and Professors Shannon Webb and Catherine Loughlin. Each academic paper was selected through double-blind peer review, which is the standard at the WJLS.
