Description

Battery technology is a pivotal part of society's transition towards green energy. The usage of metal organic frameworks (MOF) as anodes has shown promise as a method of increasing energy density, durability and power of batteries. My experiment examines the synthesis of MOF onto carbon nanotubes as a method of further improving battery performance. More research needs to be done to determine how the carbon nanotube effects electrochemical performance.

Acknowledgements

I would like to thank Dr. Zhao and all of the graduate students in the lab for their guidance, patience and dedication to helping me with my project. I would also like to thank the Faculty of Engineering and Western University for providing this opportunity.
