Description
Tornado witnessed coming from the southwest with greenish-yellow clouds also above. As it struck, winds were said to have swept down upon properties, inflicting strong F0 damage along five blocks before tracking over the Niagara River. Some additional details and descriptions of damage were forgotten as the person(s) who witnessed the tornado gave their account a least 15 years later.
