Description
Confirmed tornado said to have tracked from just North of Minden, across south of Haliburton, toward Drag Lake, where it lifted off on the east side. Residents remarked that if it had not tracked through the bush, heavy damage and loss of life would have occurred. One family barely escaped death as the tornado just missed their house, felling trees all around it.
