Destructive and damaging tornado. Confirmed and definitively referred as such in newspaper. Possible upgrade needed as many farmsteads suffered considerable damage. Damage possibly occurred in Moorefield as well and may indicate an alternate touchdown location.
This tornado appears in some documents and lists as a “suspected F4”.
