Abstract
COVID-19 SCHOOL DASHBOARD KEY AIMS & INFORMATION
covid19schooldashboard.com reports and maps confirmed school-related cases of COVID-19 in publicly funded elementary and secondary schools in Ontario, Canada, and connects this to data on school social background characteristics (school-level demographic data).
The main aim of this site is to provide real-time data visualization of affected schools for broad dissemination.
This will help to increase transparency and understanding of the education scenario as it evolves. It will help school communities (parents, students, teachers and staff, leaders and administrators), community members and neighbours, education and health professionals, officials, researchers, media, and the general public.
