Description

One of three windows created for the Chapel as part of Collyer Family donation. Dr. Collyer was a Deputy People’s Warden in 1964 and People’s Ward in 1965. The windows were dedicated on December 8, 1969. The image depicts the scene of Christ’s Resurrection. At the top of the window is the Hand of God. The imagery consists of the resurrected Christ holding the so-called Resurrection Banner, and two sleeping soldiers at the base of Christ’s tomb. Location: Chapel, east wall, north corner.
