Description

One of three windows created for the Chapel as part of Collyer Family donation. Dr. Collyer was a Deputy People’s Warden in 1964 and People’s Ward in 1965. The windows were dedicated on December 8, 1969. The detail shows the Hand of God and Christ’s body. On Christ’s hands are representations of wounds, that allude to him being nailed to the Cross (these wounds along with those on his feet and side are called the stigmata). Location: Chapel, east wallnorth corner. Lead Investigator: C. Cody Barteet (cbarteet@uwo.ca). Photograph: C. Cody Barteet
